When can you exchange your Flowy Period Underwear for the following reasons:
Size Exchange
Our size exchange policy allows you to exchange your purchased items for a different size within 24 hours of the product delivery date. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it. However, we require visual proof in the form of pictures and videos showcasing the defect or damage. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Exchange Procedure
If you are not satisfied with our product or need a size exchange, follow these steps:
- Inform us within 24 hours of product delivery.
- Provide pictures and videos of the product clearly showing the issue or the need for a size exchange.
- An additional exchange charge of Rs. 100 will be applied.
- Delivery charges for the exchanged product will be determined based on your location. (Please note that these charges will apply in addition to the exchange fee.)
